Milagros holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT) and a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the Universit\u00e9 Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Prior to joining EHPA in 2022, she worked as a Research Assistant at UTDT and collaborated with various NGOs on research projects.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

She started working part-time at EHPA in 2022 while completing her Master’s degree and became a Communications and Policy Assistant in September 2023. She transitioned to the role of Policy Officer in March 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
